Need to Return or Exchange Your Shoes? It’s Easy!
You can return or exchange your purchases within 60 days of the purchase date. Items must be new, unused, and include all original packaging. We will accept used items only if there is a clear defect. Online purchases can be returned to any of our store locations at no cost. However, items purchased in-store can only be returned to a store location.
